Is Barbie: The Dream Experience suitable for all ages? Barbie: The Dream Experience is created for fans of all ages to step into life-size recreations of the most iconic Barbie moments through the decades.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes, however, by buying online you save €2 per ticket and secure your spot. We recommend booking in advance especially during weekends and school holidays.
Can I visit Barbie: The Dream Experience with my Museum Card? The Museum Card (Museumjaarkaart) is not valid for this experience.
Is Barbie: The Dream Experience wheelchair accessible? Barbie: The Dream Experience is mostly wheelchair accessible.Please note the interior of the rocket and the second floor of the Barbie DreamHouse are not wheelchair accessible. Our hosts are always happy to assist wherever possible to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Can I bring pets to Barbie: The Dream Experience? Only registered service animals are allowed inside our venues**.**
What if I am early or late for my entry time? Our hosts will do their best to accommodate you, but during busy times you may be asked to wait.

Are kids allowed in Barbie: The Dream Experience?

All ages are welcome at Barbie: The Dream Experience. Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by one adult per two children. Children aged 11 to 13 are welcome at all times but must be accompanied by at least one adult per group for safety reasons. Children aged 14 and above may attend independently.

Please note: Strollers will be stored free of charge at the entrance as they are not permitted inside the experience.
