General Information

Do you have Adult Only sessions? Yes everyday from 17:00 onward you can enjoy our Barbie world without kids.
Can you eat something there? Yes, enjoy our Barbie Cafe and its delicious dishes, treats and cocktails.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes, however, by buying online you save €2 per ticket and secure your spot. We recommend booking in advance especially during weekends and school holidays.
Is Barbie: The Dream Experience suitable for all ages? Barbie: The Dream Experience is created for fans of all ages to step into life-size recreations of the most iconic Barbie moments through the decades.
Can I visit Barbie: The Dream Experience with my Museum Card? The Museum Card (Museumjaarkaart) is not valid for this experience.
Is Barbie: The Dream Experience wheelchair accessible? Barbie: The Dream Experience is mostly wheelchair accessible.Please note the interior of the rocket and the second floor of the Barbie DreamHouse are not wheelchair accessible. Our hosts are always happy to assist wherever possible to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Can I bring pets to Barbie: The Dream Experience? Only registered service animals are allowed inside our venues**.**
What if I am early or late for my entry time? Our hosts will do their best to accommodate you, but during busy times you may be asked to wait.
Am I allowed to bring food and drink inside Barbie: The Dream Experience? Food and drink are not allowed inside Barbie: The Dream Experience.
What is the latest I can enter Barbie: The Dream Experience? Last entry is 90 minutes before closing. Guests will not be admitted after this time. Please refer to our opening hours for details.
How do I get a copy of my photos? Digital copies of your photos will automatically be sent to you within three hours after your visit. If you haven’t received them, please email us at hi@barbiethedreamexperience.com.
Are kids allowed in Barbie: The Dream Experience?

All ages are welcome at Barbie: The Dream Experience. Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by one adult per two children. Children aged 11 to 13 are welcome at all times but must be accompanied by at least one adult per group for safety reasons. Children aged 14 and above may attend independently.

Please note: Strollers will be stored free of charge at the entrance as they are not permitted inside the experience.
How long is my visit to Barbie: The Dream Experience? On average, guests spend around 90 minutes inside Barbie: The Dream Experience.
Are there lockers or somewhere to store my belongings? Yes, we offer lockers free of charge.
Do you sell Barbie merchandise? Yes! Our gift shop inside the experience offers exclusive Barbie: The Dream Experience items and official Barbie merchandise.
Is there food or drink available inside Barbie: The Dream Experience? Yes! We have a themed café where guests can enjoy snacks and drinks before or after their visit.
Are there flashing lights or loud sounds inside Barbie: The Dream Experience? Some rooms include dynamic lighting, flashing effects, and upbeat music. If you or someone in your group is sensitive to this, please let our hosts know upon arrival and we’ll guide you accordingly.
